We are seeking a Press Brake Operator for our Valco Manufacturing team, where we provide custom and low-volume production fabrication, machining, metrology, and finishing services to the worlds leading heavy industry companies.

What you’ll get to do

• Form metal into products by cutting, bending, rolling, drilling, and welding
• Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches
• Ensure parts and products are accurate and meet quality standards
• Interpret blueprints to determine the correct machine setup
• Program CNC according to part specifications
• Modify ram and back gauge positions according to process control instructions and blueprints
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure machine is calibrated
• Use a variety of measuring tools to ensure part accuracy and quality
• Determine and configure bend allowances for metal
• Other duties as assigned

What you bring

• 2 years experience
• Experience working with tight tolerances
• Safety oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
