We are seeking a Documentation Coordinator who is responsible to organize, coordinate, and execute the efficient development and timely delivery of body-in-white welding and joining automation system documentation and training deliverables.

What you’ll get to do

  • Research and develop both graphic and written materials supporting the operation, maintenance, and training publication requirements of our welding and joining automation customers
  • Work with subject matter experts to create technical illustrations, instructional placards, parts lists, training aids, animations, and other types of communication materials following predefined specifications and procedures

What you bring

  • A college degree and at least 5 years experience
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Ability to interpret complex systems and communicate instructions in clear and concise language
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment to meet customer deadlines and project budgets
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
