Last month, we celebrated 11 team members from across our European teams who completed the second Valiant TMS Future Leaders Program.
Over 15 months, participants focused on practical leadership topics including strategic leadership, business fundamentals, agility, change management, and cross-cultural collaboration. They also had the chance to learn from one another across countries, functions, and different areas of the business.
The program included hands-on learning, work connected to real business situations, and direct conversations with experienced leaders through Fireside Chats and Sneak Peek sessions. Those conversations are a valuable part of the experience. They give participants a broader view of how Valiant TMS operates, how decisions are made, and how teams stay aligned across a complex global business.
Leadership development matters because the work we do depends on people who communicate clearly, solve problems with discipline, and bring teams together around shared outcomes.
