Last month, we launched Future Leaders II, a new stream in our European leadership development program.
While the first stream focused on emerging leaders, Future Leaders II is designed for mid-level leaders and managers already guiding teams throughout our European operations. Recognizing the need to support those in active leadership roles, we developed a new curriculum to help them build practical skills, foster self-awareness and accountability, and strengthen cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
What makes this program distinctive is the opportunity it provides participants to reflect deeply on their leadership style and personal growth. Over the next 15 months, they will explore what it means to lead with clarity and vision and expand their confidence in navigating complexity with purpose and courage.
