Social media can be a valuable tool for communicating with customers, suppliers, students, and the community. Social media channels are public forums. Valiant TMS cannot protect information communicated through social media.

We welcome open discussion but ask participants to be respectful in their posts and comments directed at all users of the forum.

We reserve the right to remove any posts or comments that violate Valiant TMS terms of use.

A few guidelines to follow:

• Do not post messages that are harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invade privacy, hateful, or ethnically offensive
• Do not advertise any products or services
• Do not post business-related matters that should be carried out privately, including any information, photography, video, or designs protected by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
• Do not post content that violates any third party rights including trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets
